Sizing & Fit
The final fit of your garments depends upon the accuracy of the measurements that you provide. Hence it is extremely important to send the right dimensions. Here are general guidelines for taking the measurements with higher accuracy.
If possible, stand in front of the mirror (so you too can monitor the process) or ask help of someone. stand straight, comfortable, don't suck in your stomach, keep arms hanging loose on sides, may tie your hair up. we prefer measurements taken by using inch scale of measuring tap, holding snuggly over the body, not too tight or too loose.
Wear a similar garment- if you’re taking measurement for saree blouse, then it is better to wear a thin dress or saree blouse with well fitting, regular bra underneath while taking measurements.
Know your comfort level- some prefer loose fitted garments while some prefer extremely tight ones. Keep a margin with the measure tape accordingly. Please find the measurement guide below to choose the size that is closest to you.
As you follow the above guidelines and steps properly, your measurement details will be accurate which will reflect on the final fit of your outfit. Still, if you get stuck up with the dimensions then it is better to call the customer care at +1 (630) 407 7419 and get your doubt sorted.

HOW TO TAKE PERFECT BLOUSE MEASUREMENT?
Here is step by step method of taking measurement.
Make a straight loop around the body with the tape exactly passing over your bust centerline (that means over the fullest part of your bust , not over the top or lower part the breast)
Mark the spot where your blouse will end and measure your body circumference at the point- wrap around (loop) the measuring tap around your chest at that level (also known as upper waist)
This measurement has to be taken from the back side of your neck, from one edge of the shoulder to another. Keep your body straight, do not bend or shrink in your shoulders while measurement being taken.
(This refers to the hole-loop in your blouse/outfits through which you pass your arm) circumference around the shoulder edge, tap rounding through under arm at that level
(Sleeves bottom/Arm around) circumference of your arm at the level, where you would like to end your sleeves (cap/short/elbow length/3/4th/long)
DIFFERENT SLEEVES LENGTH
from middle of top of shoulder to the level you wish your blouse/choli to end. usually about 1-3 inch below the lower edge of bust) (usually 14-15")
*APEX POINT ( From the middle of shoulder top (or where neck width ends) to the nipple of the breast)
*NECK FRONT This refers to the depth of your neckline on the front side of your blouse/choli.( From the middle of shoulder top (or where neck width ends) to the center point on front side of chest, depth you need , diagonally) (usually 7"-9") ( This will largely defined by the design of the blouse in many cases) (High neck/ boat neck, chines collar etc , need neck circumference, measured differently) )
*NECK BACK This refers to the depth of your neckline on the backside of your blouse/ chili ( From the middle of shoulder top (or where neck width ends) to the center point on back side of chest, depth you need , diagonally)(usually 7"-12") ( This will largely defined by the design of the blouse in many cases) (High neck/ boat neck, chines collar etc , need neck circumference )(deep necks, backless, sheer back, window & blouses with strings necklines need measured differently)
(*not needed for already stitched custom blouse, as such alterations usually not possible in already stitched blouses)
