Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery:

All completed and paid orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Central Standard Time). Orders requiring alterations will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Custom orders may take between 6 to 8 weeks to process and ship. Orders placed on Fridays after business hours will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

We are committed to delivering your products on time. Currently, we use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS. 

Before completing your purchase, you will be provided with the shipping costs on the final checkout page. During promotions that offer free shipping, these charges will not appear. Economy Shipping is free for USA orders over $149.

Shipping Options:

  • Economy Shipping: Estimated 5 to 8 business days (free for U.S. orders over $149).
  • Standard Shipping:  3-4 business days.
  • Priority Shipping: 2-day rush shipping via FedEx Express or USPS Priority.
  • Overnight Shipping: Next Business Day. 

For Priority and Overnight Shipping, please contact our team before placing your order.

Please note that orders requiring alterations may take slightly longer to deliver.

For international orders, delivery usually takes between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the location.

Note: FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipping.

Order Accuracy:
Please ensure that your shipping and billing information is accurate before completing your purchase. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not liable for delays or non-delivery, and we will not provide refunds or reshipments for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. We strongly recommend reviewing all details before finalizing your order.

Unforeseen Shipping Issues:
Once your package leaves our facility, the responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier (FedEx, USPS, DHL, or UPS). We are not liable for any delays or issues that arise after the package has been shipped.

Signature Requirements:
If you would like to require a signature upon delivery, please indicate this during checkout (in the notes section). If no special instructions are provided, domestic packages will be shipped without signature requirements.

Tracking Your Order: 

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is processed, usually within 48 hours of purchase. A second email with your tracking number and a link to track your package will be sent once the order is shipped.

If there are any issues with your tracking number or the delivery of your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly before reaching out to us. Tracking information may take 1 to 4 days to update. In rare cases, tracking information may not update, but the package will still arrive within the expected delivery timeframe. If your order does not arrive after the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance.
