The Founders
RAAS was founded by Shreya Patel, a lifelong creator with a deep respect for craft and a modern eye for design. After relocating to the United States, she built RAAS with one clear focus: premium Indian-inspired fashion that feels current, wearable, and celebration-ready for the US customer.
In 2020, Axi Patel joined the brand to help scale RAAS with a shared commitment to design, operations, and customer experience—bringing structure, speed, and a sharper product roadmap to the business.
Together, we lead RAAS as a family-run design house built on craft, clarity, and consistency.

RAAS is founded in the United States, with a focus on modern Indian-inspired occasionwear designed for the US customer.
2020
RAAS strengthens production and craftsmanship oversight, expanding the team behind the scenes to support consistent quality and growth.

RAAS debuts at New York Fashion Week, presenting a modern interpretation of heritage-inspired design.
