Customize order/pre-order 

Please note that customized orders and pre-order items may take longer to be delivered than our regular stock items. These orders are specially made for you, and we strive to ensure that they are of the highest quality. However, due to the personalized nature of these orders, the production and delivery time may vary. We estimate that it may take up to 4-8 weeks for these orders to be completed and delivered. 

Alteration

We provide side fittings and sleeve attachments for certain gowns, dresses, and blouses. We also provide length and waist alterations for lehengas and gowns ( cost extra).

• Raas ensures that all of our products undergo rigorous quality checks before delivery. We never compromise on the quality of our products, and we do not sell substandard or duplicate items. We take great care in selecting our raw materials and merchandise, sourcing them only from the best suppliers in the market.
• It is important to note that variations in color, texture, embellishment, or weave may occur as they are often inherent in the fabric or design. 
• Color variations may also occur due to factors beyond our control, such as variations in digital photography and monitor display settings. 

• Please note that though we take best possible care to procure our fabric and work done, we cannot guarantee the exact fabric, color, or level of ostentation in our designer - hand crafted products due to human error or rare mechanical error.

Care

• For best look hang product for some time and steam iron from inside.
• Take normal zipper closing/opening care.
• We recommend that all our merchandise be dry-cleaned to ensure proper care and maintenance.
• To maintain the quality and longevity of our outfits, it is essential to keep them away from harsh chemicals, sprays, perfumes, and deodorants. 
• To avoid damaging the fabric or any embellishments on our outfits, we recommend using a steam iron (from inside) for ironing.
• To maintain the quality and appearance of our merchandise, it is recommended to store them in a clean, dry, and protected wardrobe or closet space. Avoid hanging the outfits in direct sunlight or damp areas as it may cause fading or damage to the fabric
• For heavy and structured garments such as bridal lehengas and gowns, it is essential to store them on wide, stable hangers to prevent any damage to the fabric or structure of the outfit
• To preserve the delicate fabric of silk sarees, it is recommended to store them folded and stacked, wrapped in clean, white, unbleached cotton or muslin cloth.
• If a garment becomes stained, we recommend that you take it to a professional stain removal service or dry cleaner for proper care and treatment.
• Hand-made, hand-block printed, hand-woven, or hand-embroidered outfits are often unique and have a distinct charm due to the inherent discrepancies that may be present in the fabric or design. These discrepancies are a result of the handmade process and may include variations in color, texture, pattern, or embellishments
