  • Once received and inspected, your refund can take up to four weeks (timing may vary by bank).

International Returns (Outside U.S.)

Changed your mind? No problem. Orders delivered in India can be returned within 15 days of delivery at no extra cost, and we'll arrange your return shipping free of charge.

Choose your refund

  • Store credit: 100% free. You get the full item value back as Raas store credit, issued as soon as we receive your return. 
  • Prefer a refund? We'll refund 85% of the item value to your original payment method.

How to Return

  • Once approved, we'll share your free return shipping details.
  • Pack your item securely and send it back to us.
  • Once received and inspected, store credit is issued right away. Refunds to your original payment method are usually processed within 7-14 business days (bank timing may vary).

International orders (shipped outside the US) can be returned within 15 days of delivery.

  • International orders only: return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service.
  • International orders only: Upto a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
