Returns
At Raas, we want you to love your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 15 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must have all original tags and security ribbons intact and untampered with.
We kindly ask that returned items show no signs of wear, which includes, but is not limited to:
- Stains from makeup, lotions, liquids, food, or deodorant
- Any odors, including fragrances
- Signs of alterations or modifications
If you would like to initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team. Please note that clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return. Items with broken or tampered security ribbons will also not be accepted for return.
Refunds are usually processed within 30 business days after we receive your returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
We require that all returned items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and security ribbons still attached. Items must be free of any signs of use, including alterations or marks like makeup, lotions, food, or deodorant. Additionally, items with noticeable smells or pet hair cannot be accepted.

Shipping
Yes, we are based in Chicago, USA, and we offer international shipping to numerous countries. Shipping times and rates depend on the destination and will be calculated during the checkout process. Please be aware that international shipments may incur customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
We offer four shipping options:
- Economy Shipping (Free for orders over $149 in the USA): 5-8 business days
- Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2 business days
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day
For Priority and Overnight shipping, please contact our team before placing your order.
Please note that orders requiring alterations may take slightly longer to deliver.
For international orders, delivery usually takes between 2-4 weeks, depending on location.
Once you place your order, our team conducts a thorough quality check before packaging and shipping. Most orders are packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days. After your order has been shipped, the delivery time will depend on the shipping option you selected at checkout.
Please note that orders requiring alterations may take longer to ship, as our team carefully makes adjustments to ensure a perfect fit.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer care team within 2 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify your order.
Customized Pre-Orders
Yes, we offer custom pre-orders on a case-by-case basis. If you're interested in a personalized order, please reach out to us, and our team will be glad to assist you.
A custom pre-order allows you to request a personalized item or design that is not part of our standard collection. This option provides the opportunity to create a unique piece tailored to your preferences and designed specifically to fit you! You imagine it, and we design it.
To place a custom pre-order, please contact our customer service team with your specific requests. Our team will engage in a detailed discussion with you regarding measurements, order specifics, and any other relevant details. We’ll assist you in placing your order and provide you with a quote.
The delivery time for custom pre-orders varies depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload. Typically, you can expect delivery within 4-8 weeks after your order is confirmed. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are crafted specifically to your specifications. Our team will work closely with you to ensure that the product meets your exact preferences and expectations.
