Return Policy

1. Return Requests

All return requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@raastheglobaldesi.com or call / text us at +1 (630)-407-7419. Failure to initiate a return request within the aforementioned timeframe for any reason will result in the forfeiture of your right to a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn Condition: Items must be returned in unworn and unwashed condition. If the product displays any signs of wear or damage, the return request will be denied. This means that no part of the item should show signs of wear, including but not limited to:

    • No visible stains, including those from cosmetics, food, or bodily fluids.

    • No signs of usage, such as pilling or stretching.

    • No odor, including but not limited to deodorant, perfume, or smoke.

  • Original Packaging: All items must be returned with their original tags and packaging intact. Items returned without their original tags may be subject to refusal.

  • Security Ribbon: All Raas International Inc. apparel, including handbags and other accessories, are equipped with a security ribbon/tag that must remain unbroken and untampered. Items with broken or tampered security ribbons/tags will not be accepted for return - no exceptions.

  • Handbags: Handbags must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and protective materials intact, including but not limited to dust covers, straps, metal protective film, and all additional components. Without exception, we will not offer refunds or exchanges for handbags that come back with any type of damage, including but not limited to missing tags, snags, rips, tears, odors, stains, or missing protective materials. Our team will inspect the handbag for missing components (e.g., removable straps) upon its return. If any component is missing, the return will be rejected. 

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Dresses that have requested alterations or customization are not eligible for return. This includes any adjustments made for size, fit, or design.

    • Items that have been personalized, embroidered, or otherwise customized are not eligible for return.

    • Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.

3. Restocking Fee

All eligible returned items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The restocking fee applies to each returned item and is non-negotiable. If the customer opts for store credit, valid for 6 months from date of issuance, instead of a refund to the original payment method, the 10% restocking fee will be waived.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customers will bear the cost of returning the item to us.

  • No Refund on Shipping: We do not refund shipping costs associated with returns. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

5. Tracking and Liability

  • Once you have returned your parcel, please provide a valid tracking number via email or phone to allow us to trace the shipment and confirm its receipt. If requested, we can provide a shipping label; however, the cost of the label will be charged to the customer.

  • Raas International Clothing Inc. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. It is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

6. Verification Process

Upon receiving returned items, our quality assurance team will inspect them for compliance with the above conditions. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer and no refund or exchange will be issued. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with shipping the item back.

7. Refund Process

Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. In certain cases, we may issue store credit instead of refunding the original payment method. Please allow up to four weeks from the date we receive your returned items for the refund or store credit to be processed.

8. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raas International Clothing Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your purchase, use, or inability to use any products purchased from our website, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Gift Card Returns

  • Non-Refundable: Raas International Clothing Inc. E-Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash (except where required by state law).

  • Usage Restrictions: If the amount of your gift card does not cover the total order amount, you will need to pay the remainder with a valid credit card. If the amount is for more than the total order amount, the balance will be stored with your account for future purchases using the same gift card code.

10. Amendments to Policy

Raas International Clothing Inc. reserves the right to modify or amend this Return Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review the policy periodically. Your continued use of the services after changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

Important Notice:

This return policy is effective as of 20 October, 2024. If your purchase was made prior to this date, please refer to our previous return policy, which was in effect at the time of your order. Purchases made before the implementation of the new policy will be governed by the terms of the previous policy.
