Full-Time B2B Sales Coordinator
Raas is a luxury fashion brand crafting South Asian-inspired occasion wear, available via Nordstrom, Macy’s, select boutiques, and our e-comm store. As a B2B Sales Coordinator at Raas, you will play a key role in expanding our retail footprint by building and managing relationships with boutique partners across the U.S. and internationally. This is an opportunity to directly impact revenue growth while working closely with a fast-growing brand that values ownership, speed, and strong execution.
This role is available as full-time or part-time and operates on a commission-based structure, offering 10–20% commission on high-ticket wholesale orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new boutique partners aligned with the Raas brand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale accounts to drive repeat orders.
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach and pitching to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, order fulfillment, and partner success.
- Represent the brand in a professional and compelling way across all communications.
- Track pipeline activity, sales performance, and partner engagement.
- Provide feedback from the market to inform product, pricing, and merchandising decisions.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in fashion, retail, or wholesale strongly preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships quickly. - Self-starter mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
