Marketing & Ecomm Intern

Raas is a luxury fashion brand crafting South Asian-inspired occasion wear, available via Nordstrom, Macy's, select boutiques, and our e-comm store. As a marketing intern in our rapidly expanding brand, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact, learn hands-on from experienced professionals, and contribute to the growth of a brand that feels like family. This is a fully remote, part time, unpaid internship. You’re eligible for college credit and garment gifting opportunities throughout the time of the internship. Length is 3-4 months with potential for full-time or part-time offer based on performance. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid channels.
  • Assist in managing our Ambassador Program, including outreach, communication, and performance tracking.
  • Contribute to PR initiatives such as influencer coordination, press research, and content preparation.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of campaign performance, including A/B tests, to provide data-driven insights.
  • Optimize automated marketing workflows to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Perform competitor and industry research to stay ahead of digital marketing trends.
  • Support e-commerce operations, including product listing management, merchandising updates, and catalog accuracy.
  • Assist in analyzing e-commerce performance metrics such as conversion rate, traffic sources, product performance, and customer behavior.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to help manage ambassadors, influencers, and campaign tasks.
  • Self-starter mindset with willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of projects.
  • Experience using Canva, Capcut, or similar tools preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and make recommendations based on performance metrics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
