SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
All completed and paid orders are shipped within two to three days, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (Pacific Standard Time). Order placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday.All items are Shipped on a strict timely manner. We understand the importance of delivering products to our customers on time and that's our priority.
Currently we use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS
Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. In case of free shipping promotion, shipping charges are not shown to customers.
Estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days. We also offer a 2 day rush shipping option via FedEx Express or USPS priority. Rush orders take 1-2 business days to process. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Please note: FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes; please supply a physical address
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
**Unforeseen Shipping Issues:
From the time your package leaves Our location until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with FedEx/USPS/DHL.
**Request Signature: If you require a signature upon receipt, please make special note of this upon checkout (in the notes section). Otherwise domestic packages do not require a signature.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND LIMITATIONS:
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Raas International clothing inc may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. We reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when we confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. We regret that we are not able to cancel orders for in-stock merchandise once they have been transmitted to our fulfillment center.

1. We gladly accept returns on following bases
If you do not satisfy with the product for any reason, it is a damaged during transportation / Wrong product delivered.We double check the product before shipping ,so there is no chance of damaged or manufacturing defect.Returns will only be accepted on unworn, tagged ,unaltered and unused merchandise in its original packing.Custom made and altered products are not returnable.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged during transportation / Wrong product delivered, You must email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your order and return it within 48 hours. We will provide you address for return the product.

2. We will not provide the option of exchange for any reason including colour mismatch or exchanges for size.
3. In case you have ordered the wrong size, we can offer to alter it without a charge for one time.However, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
4. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange / store credit on a case-by-case basis. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks from the date on which your package is received by us. We don't refund shipping charges. Even though we do not charge shipping on over $49, but once returned, we deduct handeling/packaging/shipping charges from your order amount.
5. All returns are subject to verification by our quality team at Raas international clothing Inc.
6. This credit note will be valid for 12 months and will be given once the products are received by us in, a stable and intact position (without any wear and tear) and passed by our quality department.
7. Please note that once the parcel has been sent across, a valid tracking # has to be provided via an email or a telephonic conversation so that we can trace the product and get you a confirmation once we receive it.

Raas The Global Desi E-Gift Cards are issued and managed by Raas International clothing Inc. and can be applied only to purchases from Raas The Global Desi USA .You cannot purchase an Online Gift Certificate with another Gift Certificate
If the amount of your Online Gift Certificate(s) does NOT cover the total order amount, you will need to pay the remainder of the purchase with a valid credit card
If the amount of your Online Gift Certificate(s) is for MORE than the total order amount, the balance will be stored with your demandware.com account for your next purchase using the same Gift Certificate code.
