Wholesale Terms
These terms apply to all wholesale orders placed with RAAS, directly or through our wholesale checkout. Questions are welcome before you order.
Pricing
- Wholesale price is 50% of the retail price on every style.
- MSRP is the price shown on raastheglobaldesi.com.
- Minimum advertised price is MSRP. Please do not advertise RAAS styles below the price on our website.
Order minimums
- First order: $150.
- Reorders: $100.
- No case packs and no per-style unit minimums.
Sizes and made to size
- Every style is offered in XS, S, M, L and XL.
- Any style can be crafted to your customer's measurements at the same wholesale price. Send the measurements with your order and we take it from there.
Lead times
- In-stock sizes: delivered in 1 to 2 weeks.
- Out-of-stock sizes and made-to-size orders: made in our workshop and delivered in 2 to 4 weeks.
Shipping
- Shipping on your first order is on us.
- Reorders ship at cost.
Payment
- Net 60 terms are available through our wholesale checkout.
- You can also pay by card when you place the order.
Returns, damages and defects
- Wholesale orders are final sale.
- If a style arrives damaged or defective, report it within 7 days of receipt with photos and we will replace it.
Exclusivity
Exclusivity is not part of our standard terms. For stores ordering $2,000 or more per season, we may offer a 10-mile radius on request.
Samples
Samples are available at 50% of the wholesale price, one style at a time. The sample cost is credited back when you place an order of $1,000 or more within 30 days.
Resale certificate
A valid resale certificate is required before your first order ships.
